Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within one to two business days.

Any retail returns can be made at the Manning Veterinary Clinic. All products must be in the original packaging and in un-used, re-saleable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any item not normally stocked in-store.

Food returns will be based on individual manufacturer guarantees. Hills, Royal Canin & Purina all have 100% satisfaction guarantees and may be returned for palatability reasons for a full refund.
